Dating Etiquette
Dating is an important activity in a man’s or women’s life as it is an activity to meet a person of opposite sex be it for love, romance, long term relationship or sex. Apart from procreation the union of men and women is a natural process wherein personal life, social life and community life becomes meaningful. There was a time when dating was simple. Men were expected to be gentlemen and women were expected to be ladies. Their roles were clear-cut. Today single people are often mixed up about proper dating etiquette. This is particularly true if you are re-entering the singles scene after years of being half of a married couple. It can be quite traumatic to play the "dating game" without knowing the rules.Singles often feel in a "damned if I do, damned if I don't" situation. For example, if you're a man and automatically pick up the check at a restaurant, you may gain points with one woman but antagonize another. If you're a woman and prefer to pay your own way you'll find that some men love it and others hate it.
Dating among adults cannot be always for love or romance it can be there for sex too. As sex is natural to humans who are in totality sexual beings. Whether you are in for sex dating or dating for romance there some simply etiquette involved which although is common sense but then men forget and women too can be bad examples.First, if you are seeking some one through online dating sites - which have become the norm for finding soul mates or sex partner today Be polite when messaging or interacting on chat or web cams. You may not like the person or may not be willing to date him for one reason or other. Be polite in your refusal and do come up with a sensible excuse for not continuing the interaction further.
Establishing a Relationship :-
This is probably the most confusing part of dating. Should you date other people? How do you decide to be exclusive? It can be difficult to approach this subject but it is important to know where you stand. Many men fear the ‘where is this relationship going’ conversation, so bring it up casually. State what you are hoping will happen and then be patient for your date’s response. Give them time to decide to commit, but if it feels like they are trying to lead you on, be firm about your decision.
